This is a 2 functions combined machine, it both can lock forming and stitch closing for square tubes. The duct zipper is suitable for mate flange duct and C cleat joint duct manufacture. This new engineering has taken the seaming process from the traditional three steps down to only one. This machine is suitable for mate flange duct and C cleat joint duct manufacture. Combined with duct line 3, production efficiency for small ducts can be greatly improved.

 

 

 

General three different seams are common in the industry to connect the corners of the ducts: button lock seam, Pittsburgh seam, and Duct seam. Button snap lock and Pittsburgh lock can be produced on the Comifo lock forming machines. The Pittsburgh seam shows much better results and can also be used for higher pressure.
This new engineering has taken the seaming process from the traditional three steps down to only one.
This machine is suitable for mate flange duct and C cleat joint duct manufacture. Combined with duct lineII/III, hand cleat bender, production efficiency for small ducts can be greatly improved.
