Product Features

Duct line 3 consists of a material feeding frame, leveler grooving rolls, hydraulic notching and punching square equipment, and a hydraulic folder. The electrical is controlled by computer. This control system has a loop feedback system, with higher manufacturing precision and stability. The maximum work speed is 16m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm. It is highly efficient and automatic and also saves material. It is very suitable for the mass production of square duct manufacture.

Manual operation:
