Hycules CNC Pro series press brake machine is the representative work of our electro-hydraulic press brake machine. It is loved by customers for its powerful functions and super-high-cost performance.

The back gauge is driven by digital AC servo motors, precision ball screws, and a linear guide, all from the first branding. The bending accuracy is guaranteed by the electro-hydraulic servo system, full closed-loop control synchronization, and hydraulic crowning system. The overall frame is welded with a steel plate, tempered and vibrated again to eliminate stress, and sprayed with anti-rust paint after spraying the surface of the frame.

 

Control System

Delem is a well-known manufacturer of industrial controls for press brakes, machines used in metalworking to bend and form sheet metal.
The Delem controller is an electronic control system that manages and automates the operation of the press brake. You can choose a different control system.

Proportional valve:
The German Rexroth fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo high-frequency synchronous control system is adopted to ensure that the machine tool has high stability and high precision in the process of high-speed operation.
Advantage:
The frequency response (response frequency) is higher and can be as high as 200Hz.
It can continuously and proportionally control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, control the position, speed, and force, and reduce the impact of pressure changes.
Closed-loop control, signal feedback.
